Why should I out-task my billing?

Contracting out or out-tasking your billing benefits you in many ways. The most important reason being increased revenue. Our entire focus is on billing and collections. We dedicate 100% of our time and energy in collecting payments from the different insurances and patients. If you engage our services, your staff would have a lot more time on their hands to concentrate on client care and to take up related and additional work and increase your business volumes. In addition to all this, there is an overheads decrease, employing fewer office staff, no payroll, taxes or benefits need to be paid to the billers you would have employed in-house.

Is it smart to let my billing go out to another company?

Industry experts agree that it can be extremely good business acumen to concentrate on your core competencies like providing quality medical care, and intelligently “contract out” your ancillary functions like billing and other related services.

Our senior staffs average over 15 years in the medical billing industry and are absolute physician-oriented professionals.

Can data from my existing software be transferred and used?

This depends on how your existing software currently handles data exports. That is, if your software can export all its data into an electronic format. If this cannot happen and your existing software can only print reports of patient demographics and receivables, then we can manually enter it into the software we engage in.

Please call us to further discuss your particular situation.

How will I know if you are doing a good job?

We speak with the physicians and selected staff to review the fortnightly and monthly reports, which presents an excellent picture of the practice’s billings and collections. The reports include an aged accounts receivable summary, detailed practice productivity and insurance statistics. Custom-made reports are available for those practices that require them.

How does your service work?

All you need to do is send us your work, either by scanning and uploading it to us, or by mailing it to us. All your patient billing and payment data is available in real-time web applications or via our weekly, fortnightly, monthly reports.

You can view all the work as it is done, including statuses, notes and any missing information that need your attention. You can also run all the commonly used practice management reports from the billing software.
